Jawad is an entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, patient centred and successful professional with over 9 years of proven skills in the areas of healthcare, patient service, patient management, strategy and patient care optimisation. Jawad has spent a number of years working and building care acumen in both dental and optical environments whilst building interpersonal and soft skills. He has successfully helped blue chip organisations to improve their company performances, primarily through the analysis of existing organisational problems and developed several key plans for improvement all based around patient care. He has worked successfully in front line, high pressure environments meeting both patient and clinical demands. He also has a strong acumen for process driven resolution with proven skills in optimising patient care.

Jawad is also an experienced senior manager with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Aside from his endeavours within the optical realm, Jawad is also heavily involved in various charities at board level.
