Jawad has spent a number of years working and building care acumen in both dental and optical environments whilst building interpersonal and soft skills. He has successfully helped blue chip organisations to improve their company performances, primarily through the analysis of existing organisational problems and developed several key plans for improvement all based around patient care. He has worked successfully in front line, high pressure environments meeting both patient and clinical demands.
